Catherine Mattice, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, founded Civility Partners in 2009 after her experience working as the Director of HR in a toxic work environment.

While working there she attended graduate school, and stumbled across the academic research on workplace bullying.

She became obsessed with learning how to solve toxic work environments, and having experienced first hand the cost of bullying to people and an organization, Civility Partners was born.

Today we have flourished into an organizational development consulting firm offering services to small and large clients across the globe. We partner with clients to assist them in building positive workplace cultures so their employees can thrive. It’s what we do.
